Employee Assistance Program
For over 40 years, EMPAC has provided an employee assistance program (EAP) that offers services such counseling, coaching, training and other resources to help companies and their employees and their families meet their full potential. We are proud to be a local, non-profit EAP with roots dating back to 1977 when three leading companies developed a plan to create a quality program that was affordable, recognizing the impact the these services would have our community’s well-being and economy. We still believe today that healthy, well balanced people make profitable companies and strong communities.
