At the Kansas Nonprofit Chamber we provide consulting, training and strategic planning at affordable rates and can connect you with others that provide similar services. We are also available for a phone call or meeting to just provide some advice and direction.

We offer customized training for your nonprofit organizations and boards. Topics range from Board Roles & Responsibilities, Creating a Great Committee Structure, Recruiting an Effective Board, Getting Your Board Involved in Fundraising, Conducting Assessments and more, in a 1.5 to 2 hour training customized for your organization.

Every organization needs a strategic plan that will guide the organization to achieve its goals. We conduct an online SWOT analysis, prioritize what is most important and impactful, to set goals around, develop strategies as well as an action plan to implement strategies.
