The Board University series was developed to provide information and skills to both current board members and individuals that want to serve on a nonprofit board. It's also a great series for Executive Directors and staff that need to understand more about the roles and expectations of board members and how to keep them engaged.
Those who attend all eight sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
Sessions are held virtually from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm via zoom.

Evaluations of both the nonprofit board and the Chief Executive should happen annually. This session will provide insight on how this should be conducted and tools to conduct evaluations of both so you can set goals for each to improve performance.
